If they don&#039;t get out to fix grandpa&#039;s chair...I&#039;m sure you must know about &#039;nose over toes&#039;? 

When he&#039;s sitting and needs to get up, if he leans forward so that his nose is over his toes he should be able to get up with ease. Mom had this wonderful PT who taught us that trick.</description>
