I don't think I'll ever forget the nearly nightly conversations that went on some years ago. Moosie, Dan, etc. Those were some good times. BTW, are you still using NOF? I've gotten away from it myself. Lucky for you that you get to have your turkey on Thanksgiving Day! Our hours & work days just don't let it happen here very often. This year I'm delayed even further as our main fridge is on the fritz, and a new one we've ordered isn't to arrive until next Tuesday December 1st. I just can't be making anything with leftovers until then. Fortunately we do have my old fridge from 1977 out in the garage and it's helping out a bit with two turkeys in its freezer. Anyway, I don't get to cook turkey until about the 5th - then do it all over again for Christmas. I can barely wait! In the meantime I just might have to take myself out for a turkey dinner in town.
