One down, a kazillion to go...

I finally called Adobe support and got the Creative Suite totally installed. Yay me. It's only been... ohhh, how many months ago that I bought it? The impetus to do this was that I will need to create PDF files for a new client, so I needed to get Acrobat installed. Done deal!

Waiting for Mumsy's call to pick her up from the grocery store... (she likes it when I drop her off, then she can relax knowing that I'm not sitting there waiting for her).

Just got off the phone with Colin (new stuff to put up soon!). He was telling me about a gallery show at Ox-Op that he went to, and the paintings of Naoto Hattori - how amazing they were, and indeed they are.

If you go to his site, check out the "extra" section and the steps that he shows of his painting process. Very cool.

Anyway... hope y'all are having a good Friday. No *TGIF* for me 'cos it's my marathon saving lives weekend. 'ho well.

I love Conan. He just makes me laugh.

So. I finally caught up with all my emails that I needed to respond to, and finished up a handful of updates to my client sites. As a matter of fact, Sandy has some new jewelry up. I LOVE her bracelets! Very nice!

My eyeballs are so blurry. I hate that. Not sure why they're behaving this way, but it's pissin' me off.

My butt hurts too. I think I should get a new desk chair... it's probably the seat cushion that's wearing a little thin, and messing with my glueteous maximus. Yes, I think that's it.

I helped kill someone today while I was "saving lives." I've said this before, but it's an unpleasant task to remove the breathing tube and ventilator that's keeping a patient alive, ya know? But we won't discuss that right now.

OOooo, I think I'll make some popcorn and browse around and visit you guys. Need to catch up on what you all are doing these days.

Not that I'm the worldliest browser on the web, but it never ceases to amaze me where they come up with the finalists for the award ceremony. Oooh, I s'pose having to be new in 2004 might have something to do with it... whatev. But I did discover a site that looks worth exploring further - Cloud King Art Gallery. I like.

Other than that, what a l-o-o-o-n-g day today was. Didn't feel like doing a damn thing. Superbowl? eh. Work? nah, it's a day of rest. Shop? for what - no $$. All that left was eating and sleeping, so I did both... but it was still too boring for my tastes.

heck, I may just go to bed early and start over again tomorrow.
