Holy Cannoli!

Saved lives for 3 whoppin' days in a row. I hate that 'cos I get so behind on my web work, ya know? The highlight of my day was that I got to hold a teeny-tiny, newborn baby! He was so beautiful. Picture perfect sweetie pie. His mommy was my patient, and baby-boy was with her when I did her treatment... and that baby smell - awww babybaby. Almost made up for the woman who came into the ER with diarrhea, and wound up going unresponsive and was whisked over to the trauma room, intubated, and then coded. It was quittin' time, so I'm not sure what her outcome was...

But, it's over with for another couple of days, and that's that.

The most difficult thing about having my own business is actually performing the business side of things. You know, the paper work, estimates, contracts and so forth. Lately, my modus operandi seems to be that I browse pretty pictures one nite, and read stuff the next. Tonite was a reading nite, and this site has plenty to read.

Hey, know what else? Today I waited just about 2 hours at the DMV to renew my driver's license! Good grief, what a waste of precious time. The best part about it was that I got to drive with my top down - first time this year! yay.

*staring into space wondering what else I was going to say*

All of a sudden I'm tired. Think I'll sleep now.
