Vince (from below) is coming around! He’s following commands, opening his eyes, and we’ll be working on getting that breathing tube out and getting him off of the vent – which shouldn’t be a problem at all. yay.
After that, it will just be a matter of whether he makes a lot of sense when he’s able to talk (without the breathing tube in his throat). But it’s all great news!

Geez, Kitty…so sorry about your friend. Just glad he’s doing better and hope he makes a full recovery. How scary for you!
