I pulled an all-niter last nite. I couldn’t help it… underestimated the amount of work involved in getting a site up and running by dawn. EVERYthing, the whole promo, the participants, the fans, all depended on *ME* getting the site where it was supposed to be, on time. My client’s publicist stayed up with me, remotely, and provided comic relief… it really wasn’t that bad. But every time she would send me an updated Book Ranking for the hour, it would freak me out.

My point is, other than the fact that I’m getting too old to be staying up all nite like that anymore, is that this project was for an author, and it blows my mind that with this promo, her book went from an Amazon book ranking of 40,000 24 hrs ago, to a book ranking of 16 about 10 minutes ago. Isn’t that cool? Amazing what a little marketing can do, hmm?

Sooo, took a little nappy early this afternoon, and actually don’t feel as badly as I thought I would. In fact I even did some house cleaning when I woke up. I am noticing quite a bit of short circuiting tonite though. wow. ya. Like now. Brain cells? yoooo-hooooooo.

Although one could certainly still buy her book… then again, I would have to actually DO the stuff in the book, yes?

Hey You. How come I have to fill out my name & other exciting info so I can dump a comment w/o going thru such a strenuous job when I get here? Hmmmpf!

Anyway, thought I’d just drop in to say *HI* before I meander into the kitchen to see if anything edible wandered into the refrigerator when I wasn’t looking…….I kind of doubt it, though, doggone it. Cupboards are bare. Hope I don’t starve to death tonight, don’t even have any popsicles for heaven’s sake!!!

    See ya tomorrow…..Love you!

I’m b-a-ac-k ! Got a question that needs an answer, if possible? What the heck is “vibrational medicine”? *evil cackle haha*

Oh, and if someone wants to make an old lady happy, I noticed an interesting magazine offered for a $10 subscription—-called “Feline something-or-other”. It’s about cats.

And if I wasn’t so lazy I’d take them up on their offer of a *free* sample of some kind of miracle face cream, but I’m not real keen on slapping stuff on my face when I never heard of the product and don’t believe for a minute it will do what it says it can do. Old is old and that’s the way we girls were created. (wrinkles)

Anyway, it’s very easy to get rid of wrinkled faces….just eat enough food to fill out all those nasty wrinkles.

That is a really full and colorful splash page……Wow! If I wasn’t so hungry I would have scrolled all the way down, but I couldn’t see an end to the page so I gave up. I am very impressed, awful lot of work to produce all that…..Wow!.

    xoxo Love,
    Mommy
